SB Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC was founded to provide specialized women's health and pelvic floor physical therapy services and fitness/wellness-based care to women throughout the lifespan. With compassion, flexibility and understanding in mind, the goal is to help women prioritize their physical health, promote self-care, love their bodies, and enjoy a lifestyle not controlled by their symptoms or insecurities.

Meet Dr. Stephanie Bush, PT, DPT
​
With more than 20 years of experience, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women's health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. My expertise includes the examination, evaluation, and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, osteoporosis, myofascial pain, and the unique needs of female athletes.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping women move better, feel stronger, and live with greater confidence. In addition to providing patient care, my professional experience includes program development, clinical leadership, education, mentoring future physical therapists, and specialized training as a pilates rehabilitation specialist and yoga instructor.

I believe every woman deserves access to education and resources that support lifelong pelvic health, wellness, and functional movement. Whether navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, managing pain, returning to sport, or simply striving to maintain an active lifestyle, my goal is to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and personalized care they need to thrive at every stage of life.
